Refund policy

Please read the following carefully. *Online store policies include returns. All in store/Market purchases include inventory exchange or store credit. In store/Market purchases are non-cash/credit card refundable*

Thank you for purchasing my products at Www.Naiaellehawaii.com operated by Nai’a Elle. I appreciate my customers and if there is a problem with the inventory I respectfully understand the need to return. To continue with the return please follow the guidelines below.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you would like to exchange for another item or for store credit, please contact us at our email, Naiaellehawaii@gmail. 
All In-Store/Market purchases are non-cash/Credit Card refundable and are excluded to store-credit or inventory-exchange.
